Shipment of Your Parcel
Parcels are shipped via a carrier with a tracking number. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total amount of the order and the delivery address. We recommend consolidating all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Definitions
The terms mentioned below have the following meanings in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV):
- “CLIENT”: refers to the co-contractor of the SELLER, who guarantees to have the status of a professional as defined by French law and jurisprudence. As such, it is expressly provided that the CLIENT acts within the framework of their regular or commercial activity.
- “DELIVERY”: refers to the first presentation of the PRODUCTS ordered by the CLIENT at the delivery address indicated during the order.
- “PRODUCTS”: refers to all the products offered for sale by the SELLER and available on the SITE.
- “TERRITORY”: refers to Metropolitan FRANCE and all the countries of the European Union.
Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within the TERRITORY. It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address outside this TERRITORY. The PRODUCTS are shipped to the address(es) provided by the CLIENT during the ordering process.
Shipping Time
The times to prepare an order and then issue an invoice before shipping the PRODUCTS in stock are mentioned as an indication on the SITE. These times are understood to exclude weekends and public holidays and are not a commitment on our part.
An electronic message will be automatically sent to the CLIENT at the time of the shipping of the PRODUCTS, provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
Delivery Times & Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CLIENT of the shipping times and possible shipping methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. The CLIENT will owe these costs in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. The details of the shipping fees are detailed on the SITE.
Delivery Terms
The parcel will be delivered to the CLIENT according to the modalities chosen by them during the order.
Delivery Problems
The delivery time indicated during the order is given as an indication only and is not guaranteed.
As a consequence, any delay in making the products available cannot give rise to:
- the allocation of damages;
- the allocation of penalties;
- the cancellation of the order.
- It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to check the delivered PRODUCTS upon their DELIVERY.
In case of missing, damaged, or apparently non-conforming products, the CLIENT must make all necessary reservations on the delivery slip upon receipt of said PRODUCTS.
Failing that, the CLIENT is deemed to have accepted the products without reservations.
The CLIENT must provide all justification as to the reality of the observed defects, with the SELLER reserving the right to proceed, directly or indirectly, to any observation and verification on-site. The return of non-conforming PRODUCTS is subject to the prior acceptance of the SELLER. Failing that, the CLIENT is deemed to have accepted the PRODUCTS without reservations.
In case of non-full payment of an invoice due, after formal notice remained without effect within 48 hours, the SELLER reserves the right to suspend any ongoing and/or future DELIVERY.
