Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


The terms mentioned below have the following meanings in these T & Cs:

  • « CUSTOMER »: designates the contractual partner of the SELLER, who guarantees to have the quality of professional as defined by the law and the French jurisprudence. As such, it is expressly provided that the CLIENT acts within the framework of his usual or commercial activity.
  • « DELIVERY »: means the first presentation of the PRODUCTS ordered by the CUSTOMER at the delivery address indicated during the order.
  • « PRODUCTS »: means all products offered for sale by the SELLER and available on the SITE.
  • « TERRITORY »: means Metropolitan FRANCE and all the countries of the European Union.

Delivery zone

The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered on the TERRITORY. It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this TERRITORY. The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address (es) that the CUSTOMER has indicated during the ordering process.

Delivery time

The deadlines for preparing an order and then preparing the invoice, before shipping the PRODUCTS in stock are mentioned on the SITE. These deadlines are excluding weekends or holidays.

An e-mail will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER at the time of the shipment of the PRODUCTS, provided that the e-mail address appearing in the registration form is correct.

Delivery time & delivery

During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CLIENT of the possible delivery times and formulas for the PRODUCTS purchased. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be payable by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased. The details of delivery times and charges are detailed on the SITE.


The parcel will be given to the CLIENT against signature and on presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a notice will be left to the CLIENT, to allow him to pick up his parcel at his post office.

DELIVERY problems

The DELIVERY period indicated during the order is only given as an indication and is not guaranteed.

Consequently, any delay in the provision of the products can not give rise to the benefit of the CLIENT to:

  • the award of damages;
  • the allowance of penalties;
  • the cancellation of the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the PRODUCTS delivered as soon as they are DELIVERED.

In case of missing products, deteriorated or apparent non-compliance, the CUSTOMER must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said PRODUCTS.

Otherwise, the CLIENT is deemed to have accepted the products without reservations.

The CUSTOMER must provide any justification as to the reality of the defects found, the SELLER reserving the right to proceed, directly or indirectly, to any finding and verification on the spot. The return of non-compliant PRODUCTS is subject to the prior acceptance of the SELLER. Otherwise, the CLIENT is deemed to have accepted the PRODUCTS without reservations.

In the event of non-payment in full of an invoice that has expired, after formal notice that remains ineffective within 48 hours, the SELLER reserves the right to suspend any DELIVERY that is in progress and / or to come.
